Teeth implantation

all-on-4-azleThe best and modern method to restore lost teeth. During the process, a titan implant of the shape of the tooth root is screwed into the jaw on which tooth prosthesis is fixed.

This treatment technology is applied when one or several teeth are lost. In the majority of cases teeth implants are nearly the only suitable way-out to restore the functionality and structure of your teeth. In there is not teeth, it is difficult to smile, speak, also poor quality or painful chewing problem is encountered, besides the probability of jaw resorption is enhanced. Teeth implantation may help solve these problems. Upon deciding to apply this treatment method, a titanic implant is screwed into the patient’s jaw that replaces the root of the tooth. On this implant, a natural –looking dental prosthesis is fixed.

implantasA unique “All-on-4” treatment technology is intended for persons who have lost the majority or all their teeth have been traditionally offered poorly fitting removable denture prostheses shifting in the mouth and injuring the palate frequently.

Using this technology, for full replacement of teeth in one jaw instead of the 6-8 screw-in implants only 4 implants are used. This substantially changes the course, time and costs of the whole treatment. This treatment methodology allows avoiding complicated bone augmentation procedures. The surgical intervention is minimum, therefore the patient does not feel pain, has no swelling or bleeding from dentures, there is no need to use antibiotics. During one visit at the dentist, implants are screwed in, and new, convenient temporary teeth fully restoring the chewing function are anchored that are subsequently replaced by permanent teeth. Owing to the simplicity of this treatment, practically no restrictions on the patient’s age or general health conditions are applied.

For teeth restoration, “All-on-4” treatment technology may be combined with instant implantation, when implants are screwed in right after the removal of decayed teeth. This is very convenient when hardly few own teeth are left in the mouth.

Instant implanting

This is a unique treatment method mostly suitable for patients who have one or several irreparably damaged teeth that must be necessarily removed, and is also relevant for those after dental traumas. Using this technique, the implant is screwed into the place of just eliminated tooth. This is usually done within 15 minutes. A surgical intervention is minimum, therefore the patient does not feel pain, has no swelling or bleeding from dentures, there is no need to use antibiotics. Such type implanting provides with a possibility to shorten the treatment time to the maximum extent. A temporary tooth is anchored on the implant right away, what enables such a person to smile and chew unrestrictedly after the procedure, as well as maintain work activity and social life without any impediments. After several months a temporary tooth is replaced with a permanent one, no different in any away from the natural one.

Patch-less implantation

This is progressive, minimum invasive implanting technique intended for persons who lost their tooth or teeth some time ago. When analysing the result of jaw tomographies and using state-of-the-art computer technologies, it is possible to plan precisely the place into which an implant will be screwed in. When screwing-in an implant during patch-less implantation, a very small “hole” in diameter of the implant is made in the gums instead of lifting a patch of the soft tissue. Such implantation technology drastically reduces the healing time and enables to avoid unpleasant post-operative physical sensations.
